This has led to him being a valued instructor in many areas of the real estate industry from ethics to consumer behaviour and negotiation to leasing. He has instructed agents and property managers across Canada.
He has represented many clients buying, selling and leasing right from small commercial assignments (1500 Sq Ft) or residential home sales up to 30,000 sq ft industrial sales and is a well-respected tenant representative, known for working out fair and equitable arrangements.
He has earned several distinguished designations from the prestigious Fellow of The Real Estate Institute (FRI) and the Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) to the internationally recognized Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Gerald has also served the industry and his community in many ways. In the community, he has been a Beaver Leader, a soccer and baseball coach, and in industry he has been a Board member and Chair of the Edmonton chapter of the Real Estate Institute of Canada as well as co-Chair of the Member Services Committee and a member of the Bylaw Review Committee at the Realtors Association of Edmonton.
